Job Description:

Tasks: 

  • Assist the Branch Manager in market development, sales growth, and distributor network expansion.
  • Support the onboarding, engagement, and management of distributors
  • Coordinate and deliver product, business, and sales training programs to support distributor development.
  • Support the execution of local sales campaigns, promotions, incentive programs, and customer retention activities.
  • Organize and coordinate sales meetings, training sessions, roadshows, and market events.
  • Coordinate closely with HQ and internal departments to ensure seamless business operations and effective market support.
  • Prepare regular reports on market activities, distributor performance, and training results.
  • Perform other market support and operational tasks assigned by the Branch Manager and Regional Management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales support, operations coordination, distributor support, or a similar role, preferably within the direct selling / MLM industry.
  • Basic understanding of distributor networks and the local market environment.
  • Experience supporting events, trainings, or sales activities is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Fluency in local Language and English is required. Ability to communicate and coordinate with distributors and partners across the region.
